Rules for a Deck Shop

To open your own deck shop, you need permission from the Admins to do so. Only five deck shops will be open at a time. If someone goes inactive for a month, the Deck Shop will be closed and removed. All requests must be done within a week of posting. If not, the Deck will be free of charge for the wait.
