Your second part of the sentence leads me to the question if SBA has any hamachi networks where we can talk and organize duels and such? Or it's yet to be opened?

SBA 03
and i think there is a 4 and 5 you should be able to check it in the rules section I believe

There is a 4 and 5 and you can still connect to them all.

Since Mizara is a uria dorm leader, I guess it's room should be in uria. I'll move it.
